Where do I meet my driver?
After you exit the arrivals area at Punta Cana Airport (PUJ), your driver will be waiting with a sign showing your name. Before your trip we send you the meeting-point instructions and a WhatsApp contact number.
How do I choose my vehicle?
Tell us how many people are traveling and the booking form only shows vehicles that fit your group: a Suburban SUV for up to 5, vans for up to 12, and minibuses or coaches for larger groups. If you carry extra luggage (golf bags, strollers), add it to your booking.
When is my booking confirmed?
When you send your request you receive a booking number. Our team checks the route, flight and vehicle and confirms by email or WhatsApp. If you pay online, your confirmation and invoice arrive as soon as the payment is completed.
Can I book a return transfer?
Yes. Choose "Round trip" in the booking form and add your return date, time and flight. We pick you up at your hotel with enough time to reach the airport.
