2. Cancellation Guidelines

  • Airport Transfers: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival at or departure from the airport to qualify for a full refund.
  • Hotel Pick-ups and Transfers from Other Destinations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to qualify for a full refund.
  • Excursions and Tours: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the tour or excursion to qualify for a full refund.

3. How to Cancel

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment. Once processed, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you do not cancel your reservation and fail to show up at the scheduled time and location, no refund will be issued.
